Si-Cal, a manufacturer of heat transfer decals, has renewed its 23,000-square-foot lease at 11 Walkup Drive in Westborough.
The lease is for the entire building, which Si-Cal has occupied for 10 years. Si-Cal’s products are used in the decoration of a wide range of products.
Wayland-based commercial real estate firm R.W. Holmes Realty and Boston-based firm DTZ FHO handled the transaction.
