Shrewsbury trade show exhibit firm Elevation3D has acquired a Las Vegas firm specializing in face-to-face marketing events.
In a Tuesday press release, Elevation3D President Ken Karns said his company has already partnered with Las Vegas-based Exhibit Fair International on prevoius projects. Now, EFI will become part of Elevation3D.
The acquisition will help Elevation serve its clients on the West Coast while expanding EFI’s business on the East Coast, Karns said.

“This positions Elevation3D as a leading global full-service design, production, and face-to-face marketing firm and paves the way for Elevation3D to meet its clients' ever-changing," Karns said. "We are poised for rapid growth in 2018 and beyond."
The full-services sales, design, production and warehouse operations will be maintained in Boston and Las Vegas under the Elevation3D brand, the company said.
Norman Davis, EFI’s founder, will stay on as a member of Elevation 3D’s team. The announcement did not disclose the purchase price or the amount of EFI employees being retained.
