Shrewsbury mixed use building sold for $2.4M
The mixed use building at 307 Grafton St. in Shrewsbury has been purchased by CS Holdings LLC for $2.4 million.
The buyer bought the office and retail building for investment purposes, according to a statement Tuesday from Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates of Worcester, which represented the seller, Kalamat LLC.
The 10,300-square-foot building was constructed 10 years ago. It was fully leased at the time of the sale, the statement said. Tenants include Café Noir, Salon Sogno, Piel Skin Boutique and Modern Dentistry of Shrewsbury.
