Shrewsbury Building Sold For $4.5M

This Shrewsbury property has changed hands for $4.5 million.
A Shrewsbury-based realty trust has purchased a medical building on Main Street for $4.5 million.
The 18,587-square-foot building at 604 Main St. has two tenants, UMass Memorial Medical Center and Child Health Associates, who are both on long-term leases, according to property broker R.W. Holmes, which represented the buyer, DSN Realty Trust, and the seller, RPI Shrewsbury Main Realty LLC.
DSN Realty Trust is run by Edward F. McManus, who earlier this year sold a 76,500-square-foot manufacturing property in Westborough to Ameridose LLC for $4.56 million.
