A 95,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility in Leominster has been sold to a corporation managed by a baseball equipment manufacturer for $5 million.
The property, located at 27 Nashua St., was sold in a deal finalized on Dec. 1, according to Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds records. The buyer was 27 Nashua LLC, a Burlington-based corporation managed by Willson Herrera, the CFO of Shirley-based All-Star Sports.
All-Star manufactures sports equipment, with a particular focus on protective equipment designed for catchers and umpires, according to the company’s website. All-Star intends to move its operations from Shirley to Leominster, according to a press release from The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International of Lexington, which represented the buyer in the transaction.
Commonwealth Property Associates of Ashburnham represented Twenty-Seven Nashua Street LLC, which was the seller in the transaction. Twenty-Seven is a Leominster-based corporation managed by Charles Eusey, an attorney who is based in Leominster.
The facility was constructed in 1970, and the property was given a fiscal 2024 tax assessment value of $2.74 million, according to City of Leominster property records.
