Shareholder.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. and headquartered in Maynard, will help a Dallas firm design the Investor Relations section of its website.
Manchester Inc. contracted both Shareholder.com and Blur Media, a Boca Raton, FL-based design and marketing firm. Manchester Inc. is looking to create the dominant "Buy Here/Pay Here" auto business, targeting credit-impaired borrowers seeking used cars. Typically, those types of dealers deal with individuals possesing limited credit histories or past credit problems.
Shareholder.com specializes in investor relation's websites, annual report conversion and Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower hotlines, among other services, and will also host Manchester Inc.'s Investor Relations section in addition to the design responsibilities.
