The Worcester-based Seven Hills Foundation has appointed Judith L. Drew, a former employee of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, as chief learning officer.
In her new role, Drew will make sure staff are properly trained to be in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. She will also help create new professional development and personal growth programs through the foundation's corporate college.
Drew has been a human services professional for more than 25 years, working with various human service organizations. Most recently, she was the interim coordinator of disability services at the pharmacy college. She also teaches graduate-level students and works as a professional trainer in vocational rehabilitation.
She has a Ph.D. in rehabilitative services and is a member of the Rhode Island Governor's Commission on Disabilities. She lives in Cumberland, R.I., with her husband, Bob.
