Seven Hills buys Sturbridge property for $1.45M

The Seven Hills Foundation has purchased a 22,750-square-foot building at 208 Charlton Road in Sturbridge for $1.45 million.

The purchase will allow the Seven Hills Family Support Center of Sturbridge to relocate there from 128 Main St. in Sturbridge.

The Worcester human services agency plans to occupy the 9,500-square-foot office space at the front of the building, according to a statement Wednesday from Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates of Worcester, which brokered the sale.

The remained 13,250 square feet of warehouse space is currently leased to Mole Hollow Candle Manufacturing.
