The Seven Hills Foundation plans to build a new facility on a 3.64 acre site it bought recently from A.M.E. Zion Church for $550,000.
The site is at 264 Stafford St. in Worcester and already has a foundation in place and has enough room for parking for more than 100 cars. Seven Hills, a nonprofit social service organization, was represented in the transaction by brokers Paul Matt and John McKinley of Worcester-based Kelleher& Sadowsky Associates.
The seller was represented by Equity Commercial Real Estate.
Seven Hills, which has its headquarters on Hope St., said the new facility would be used by clients and the organization’s administrative staff.
