A new senior living facility is expected to open in Shrewsbury this fall.
The facility is called the Residence at Orchard Grove and is owned by LCB Senior Living LLC. The 75,000-square-foot community will be located at 258 Walnut St. and have 80 apartments — a mixture of one-and-two bedrooms, according to its Facebook page.
The project is pending certification from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. LCB Senior Living has 19 locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Connecticut and five under construction.
