Seinfeld to perform two stand-up sets in Worcester this February

Jerry Seinfeld will perform his newest stand-up routine twice on Feb. 28 at The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts in Downtown Worcester.

Best known for his show “Seinfeld”, Seinfeld’s latest Emmy-nominated Netflix projects include “Jerry Before Seinfeld”, “23 Hours to Kill”, and his web series, “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.” 

His shows at the Hanover Theatre will be at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Feb. 28.

He has starred in, written, and produced movies such as “Comedian” and “Bee Movie” and directed and produced a Broadway hit “Colin Quinn: Long Story Short.” Seinfeld starred in the Emmy-nominated film “Unfrosted,” which he directed, co-wrote, and produced.

He has written three best-selling books, “Is this Anything?” “The Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee Book”, and “SeinLanguage,” along with a children’s book, “Halloween”.

Tickets starting at $60 will go on sale to the general public on Sept.  19 at 10 a.m. via the Hanover’s website.

Seinfeld last performed at the Hanover in 2022. Fellow prominent comedian Marlon Wayans also has a show scheduled for Hanover in 2026. Wayans’ performance is scheduled for March 19, with tickets on sale now.

The Hanover Theatre had $12.6 million in total revenues as of June 2023, putting it as the sixth largest arts and cultural nonprofit in Central Massachusetts. The theater recorded 189,499 in annual attendance in 2024 as the ninth most popular tourist attraction in Central Massachusetts, according to data provided to the WBJ Research Department. The theater has 108 local employees.
