SeaChange International of Acton has named an executive in the cable and telecommunications industries to its board of directors.
Steve Craddock, president of The Del Ray Group, an independent consulting firm, will join the board of the video software manufacturer and serve on its company audit committee. Prior to his current role, Craddock was with Comcast for many years, most recently as senior vice president of technology in the office of the chief technology officer. He was also a vice president of Bell Atlantic and a founding member and board member of Bell Atlantic Video Services.
