Sanctuary Medicinals, a cannabis company with locations in Massachusetts and Florida, has purchased its Littleton headquarters and cultivation facility at 234 Taylor St. for $4.5 million.
The seller was Calare Properties of Framingham, who originally bought the property in 2017 for just over $2.7 million according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. The property is assessed by the Town of Littleton for just over $3.2 million.
In 2019, the company converted an existing 24,000 square-foot warehouse at the site into a cultivation facility. Vantage Builders Inc. of Waltham oversaw the construction.Â
The Littleton facility is only for cultivation and has no dispensary. Sanctuary Medicinals operates Massachusetts dispensary locations in Gardner, Brookline, Danvers, and Woburn.
