Same job worries for old and young

Results of a survey by temporary employment agency Robert Half International suggest that young workers are concerned about many of the same things as older workers. According to Half, which conducted the survey with Yahoo HotJobs, workers between the ages of 21 and 28 consider health care coverage the "most coveted benefit." Financial security was the top concern for one-third of respondents. Also of concern for so-called Generation Y, was the balance between work and life. The survey also found that better pay was more likely to attract a younger employee from one job to another than a more prestigious job title.
