Q. How are you settling in at your new office?
A. Things are going very well. Great, enthusiastic and energetic group of people.

Q. What's the biggest surprise you've had in starting the job?
A. Quite frankly, the complexity of some of the processes required to deliver products and services. It's new to me and pretty interesting.

Q. What challenges do you see in your new position?
A. The biggest challenge is going to be setting a viable strategic direction, and then executing. My arrival is really the first attempt to take a holistic look, at what is done, how and why.

Q. How different is this job from your previous position?
A. I would say the biggest difference is that at Everything Channel many of the applications are customer facing products rather than internally focused support applications.

Q. How close is this to what you imagined in high school you'd end up doing?
A. Since what I do didn't even exist when I was in high school, I can't say it's even remotely what I expected to be doing.

Q. Where's the best place to get lunch near your new location?
A. I tend to bring lunch and eat at my desk, so my "outside experience" is somewhat limited.

Q. What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
A. Playing golf would be a real good start.
