Saint-Gobain, a high-performance building materials producer with locations in Worcester and Northborough announced Tuesday that it has been named a top employer in North America by the Alexandria, Va.-based Top Employers Institute for the second year in a row.
The company was recognized for some of its employee programs, including personal health coaching, weight management and nutrition programs, networking opportunities, a mentoring system, and digital learning courses. Saint-Gobain employs 1,200 in Worcester, and 340 in Northborough at is largest research and development center. Saint-Gobain North America is headquartered in Malvern, Pa.
Top Employers Institute is an independent organization that certifies excellence in employee offers and environment. The Top Employers Institute assessed Saint-Gobain on employee offerings including talent strategy, learning and development, and company culture.
