The Worcester-based composites division of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. is introducing a new line of gap fillers, designed for circuit boards and other electronic applications.
The company said it has been developing the new products for more than two years. It said the new products transfer heat well and put little pressure on electronic components. That’s particularly important as electronics get smaller and smaller, it said.
Saint-Gobain is based in Paris and operates in 56 countries.
