Holliston exhaust control systems company Rypos Inc. has appointed Don Simoneau as CFO.
Simoneau has more than 23 years of experience in finance and operational leadership at high-tech companies. Most recently, he was the senior vice president of operations for Industrial Defender Inc., a cyber security firm. Before that, he was CEO of Longwatch Inc., a video surveillance company. He has also worked for a number of other technology companies, including Apollo Computer and HP.
Simoneau has an MBA from Bentley College and a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer science from Boston College.
