Ruth’s Chris Steak House has confirmed to WBJ it plans to open its location at 4 Mercantile St., Worcester on Aug. 1.
The restaurant’s hours will be Sunday to Thursday 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturday 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The restaurant’s opening has been anticipated since it was announced in August of 2019. It joins The Mercantile restaurant as the two eateries anchoring the Mercantile Center skyscraper in downtown Worcester.
This location will be the restaurant’s fourth in Massachusetts, along with Waltham, Somerville, and Boston.
