A 12,600 square-foot office park on Route 9 in Framingham has been sold for $1.925 million to Claremont Realty Trust.
The multi-tenant property is located at 5550 Worcester Rd. (Route 9).
Wayland based commercial real estate broker R.W. Holmes represented the seller, K&N Commercial LLC of Brookline, and procured the buyer in the deal.
