Industrial Development Group has sold Round House Industrial Park in Waterbury for $4.85 million to New York based Benerofe Properties. The 157,000-square-foot, three-building complex on South Leonard Street sits on 10.7 acres near Interstate 84 and Route 8. The property was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale, with a tenant list that includes Baer Supply, Thomasville Furniture and several other manufacturers.
