Rollstone Renovations Continue With New Branch

Fitchburg-based Rollstone Band & Trust said it will continue renovations to its headquarters with the replacement of its main branch.
The main branch at 780 Main Street will be closed and a new one will be constructed within the lower level of the bank's administration building adjacent to the bank's commercial banking center. The commercial banking center recently underwent $1 million in refurbishments.
The site of the current branch will be cleared to make way for additional parking.
The bank said construction will begin this month and the new branch is expected to be open next spring. The new branch will be environmentally friendly and more convenient for customers, the bank said.
