Fitchburg financial institution Rollstone Bank & Trust has promoted six people, including a new chief financial officer and chief accounting officer.
After working for the bank for nine years, Christopher Seidlich has been promoted to chief financial officer and senior vice president, overseeing the bank’s finances and investments, the bank announced Thursday. He started with the bank as a financial analyst.
After 40 years of service at Rollstone, Sandra Basler has been promoted to chief accounting officer and treasurer, focusing on financial reporting and budgeting.
Amy Bonilla was named senior vice president of human resources – the department she has worked in since 1999 – overseeing the hiring process, employee benefits and payroll administration.
Kathleen Faur has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the Townsend office. She joined Rollstone in 1997.
Melissa Kuehl, who started in the retail department in 1988, was named marketing officer and will oversee market research, customer communications, management of the bank’s website, product launches and development of marketing programs and campaigns.
Peter St. George, of the wealth management division, has been promoted to relationship adviser, assisting in trust-and-estate deals.
