RK Centers, a Needham owner of shopping centers, has bought from Target three retail spaces next to its Framingham location for $12.9 million.
RK’s purchase includes a HomeGoods, GameStop and Panera Bread, which stand next to the retailer Target on Cochituate Road. Those three retailers had been leasing from Minneapolis-based Target Corp.
The purchase closed Nov. 13.
RK Centers owns, develops and operates open-air shopping centers in New England and Florida. Its portfolio includes commercial properties in Bellingham, Hudson, Marlborough, Millbury, Sutton, Westborough and Worcester, including the Walmart-anchored Worcester Crossing center on Tobias Boland Way.
