A property containing a Rite Aid in Clinton sold on Tuesday, along with several surrounding vacant lots, for just over $3.1 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
The Rite Aid is still open.
Three lots along Main Street were included in the deed, which covers the 10,000-square-foot pharmacy, as well as two vacant lots totaling about 6.3 acres.
The property was sold by PJC Realty MA Inc. registered to the Pennsylvania address of Rite Aid Corp. Corporate Headquarters.
It was bought by an entity registered to Melanie Orlofsky of West Hempstead, N.Y.Â
Over the last two months, Clinton has seen several multi-million sales, including a $56-million warehouse sold earlier in Dec. and a cannabis site sold in Nov. for $17 million.
