ReWalk Robotics in Marlborough reported a 90% increase in revenue in the company’s second quarter, compared to the same time period in the year prior, according to a quarterly earnings report released Wednesday.
Specifically, the company reported $1.7 million in revenue, compared to $0.9 million during the same time period last year.
The medical device manufacturer attributed the spike to increased sales of its ReWalk Personal 6.0 suits in both Germany and the United States, according to the report.
ReWalk’s net loss totaled $2.7 million, which was also significantly lower than the $4.2 million loss reported during the same quarter in the year prior. The company’s shares were down to 22 cents per share, compared to a loss of 88 cents per share a year ago.
