ReWalk Robotics Ltd., an Israeli manufacturer of robotic medical devices for individuals with lower limb disabilities, which has its U.S. headquarters in Marlborough, announced Jeannine Lynch’s appointment as the new vice president of strategy and market access.
Prior to ReWalk, Lynch served as senior director of patient access services at BioMarin Pharmaceuticals of California and worked previously with biotech companies Genentech in San Francisco, and Pfizer/Agouron in San Diego. Among her leadership roles, she has built customized patient services addressing rare and ultrarare medical conditions.
The role was previously covered part-time by Andrew Dolan of ReWalk's marketing department before being established as a full-time position. Lynch's appointment was announced Aug. 2.
“This is a meaningful expansion in resourcing for coverage. The role was limited and previously combined within the marketing group. This is the establishment of a distinct sustainable health economics and market access department to drive policy and develop the market,” Rewalk Robotics CEO Larry Jasinski said in an emailed statement.
