Profits are shorting out at Danbury-based Electro Energy. Its net loss swelled to $3.1 million in the second quarter, about 50 percent above the same period in 2006. While total net revenue increased by about $30,000 in Q2 of 2007 over last year, the company’s product revenue declined 94 percent to $14,624 from $246,985 at the same time last year, because sales of general aircraft products have crashed.
