Retiring March of Dimes president and CEO joins board of women's health company

Women’s health and medical technology company Hologic, Inc., announced on December 9 that Stacey Stewart, the president and CEO of the nonprofit the March of Dimes Inc., will join the Marlborough-based company’s board. Stewart’s appointment goes into effect on January 2, 2023.
Stewart announced on November 18 that she is stepping down from her role at March of Dimes at the end of the year for personal reasons. She was named president in September, 2016.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Stacey to our Board,” Hologic’s chairman, president and chief executive officer Steve MacMillan said in a statement. “With her experience leading purpose-driven organizations and extensive background in finance, she brings additional depth to the operational expertise of our Board, along with valuable knowledge and perspective on healthcare, policy, and health equity.”
Stewart was also appointed to Hologic’s audit and finance committee.
