The Farmer's Daughter, an Easton restaurant emphasizing its locally sourced food, has opened a second location at Sudbury's Meadow Walk retail and residential development.
The Farmer's Daughter opened March 9, joining other Meadow Walk eateries like Oak Barrel Tavern, whose original location is in Worcester, the burger place Mooyah, Peet's Coffee and Paani, an Indian restaurant. The plaza is anchored by a Whole Foods Market and includes the Bridges assisted living community and Avalon Sudbury apartments.
Meadow Walk is on a former Raytheon industrial site on Route 20, Sudbury's main commercial stretch.
The Farmer's Daughter, which is open for breakfast and lunch and emphasizes its locally sourced food, opened its original location south of Boston in Easton in 2013.
