A new restaurant opened in the former Caffe Dolce building on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester this week, offering a little bit more than just coffee, dessert and drinks.
Valentino’s Press & Pour, which bills itself as a family-owned, cafe-style restaurant and bar, opened on Monday. The restaurant is owned by Luke DeWolfe and Joe Stake and offers coffee, take-out, dine-in, patio seating, lottery services, tobacco, and live music.
The menu features signature toasts and paninis — including the Italian-style valentino and a three cheese with a side of marinara — as well as salads, a build your own toast or panini menu, and cakes for dessert. At the bar, customers can order a variety of martini-style drinks, a cucumber cooler with citrus, cucumber vodka and St. Germain, or a mango coconut margarita.
Valentino’s is open from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday–Wednesday; from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. on Thursdays; and from 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. On Sunday, the restaurant opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 2 p.m.
