Resinate Inc. officially opened Sunday for adult-use cannabis sales at its Millbury Street shop in Worcester, with plans for a grand opening celebration set for Friday, the company announced on Monday.
The company, which is vertically integrated, as well as locally-owned and operated, launched medical sales in March, just as the coronavirus pandemic’s severity was being realized.
“We are proud of our progress, but more so of the outstanding team we’ve assembled at Resinate,” CEO Peter DeCaro said in a statement. “We opened during the pandemic. Not only [were we] successful in meeting demand, but we’ve maintained the health and safety of our staff and patients.”
Resinate is planning to open adult-use stores in Grafton and Northampton.
