Renovated Big Y in Worcester has 20 part-time positions
Big Y Foods will hire 20 part-time workers for its newly remodeled World Class Market at 100 Mayfield St., Worcester.
The Springfield-based company said yesterday that interviewing and hiring will be completed at the store. Those interested should apply online at the Big Y website.
According to Store Director Patrick Tatro, the job opportunities include support positions in every department, including cashiers, service clerks, porters, deli clerks, sandwich shop clerks, bakers, cake decorators, meat wrappers, meat clerks, produce clerks, seafood clerks, grocery clerks, night crew, health and beauty care clerks, frozen food and dairy clerks and floral clerks.
Big Y is also always looking for qualified management applicants for other markets, the statement said.
