A Leominster office building recently vacated by Worcester healthcare provider Reliant Medical Group has sold for $2.2 million.
Reliant left the building at 165 Mill St. last December, when it opened a new 68,000-square-foot facility at 225 Lancaster Road. Reliant consolidated into that new space other services offered at 370 Lunenberg St. in Fitchburg.
The 43,000-square-foot building was bought by Liberty Medical Real Estate, according to the Registry of Deeds. The entity's principals are listed as Catherine Mulqueen and Rodrick Williams, both radiologists affiliated with UMass Memorial Health Care in Worcester.
The seller was SNH Medical Office Properties Trust, an entity registered to executives at RMR Group, a Newton asset management company.
The 4.3-acre site was last assessed by the city at $6.2 million.
