Reliant To Open 10 On-Site Pharmacies
Reliant Medical Group is significantly expanding its pharmacy operations in the coming weeks, when it will open 10 pharmacies at several locations throughout Central Massachusetts.
The Worcester-based physicians group said the pharmacies will be branded under the name EasyCare Pharmacy. They will be located at the following Reliant offices: Auburn, Fitchburg, Leominster, Milford, Millbury (110 Elm St.), Webster, Westborough, and three sites in Worcester – Gold Star Boulevard, May Street and Plantation Street.
Reliant incorporated EasyCare Pharmacy LLC in March 2012, according to state records.
"One of our top priorities is to ensure that everything we do as a health-care provider is designed with our patients in mind," said Jack Dutzar, Reliant's CEO. "Adding pharmacists as integral members of our health-care team provides for unparalleled coordination with our doctors and ensures a higher level of safety for our patients."
The pharmacy locations were most recently leased to and are managed by CarePlus.
