Dr. James F.X. Kenealy, a Reliant Medical Group physician, has received the 2017 Special Award for Excellence in Medical Service from the Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS), according to a statement earlier this month.
Kenealy was honored by colleagues within the MMS for his “compelling and lasting contributions” to both the practice of medicine and the service to fellow physicians, patients and the state in the areas of health care delivery, patient care, education and administration.
Kenealy has been a member of the MMS since 1991, and has served the professional organization as a trustee and on varies committees and task forces, according to the MMS. He joined Reliant in November after more than 25 years of private practice in Framingham and Milford.
