The webinar, “COVID-19 + Working Women: How to Reverse the Shecession,” will center around how the pandemic has disproportionately affected working women, particularly those who are primary caregivers for parents and children.
Topics covered will include how companies can build flexible support systems, as well as an examination of practical and progressive family-forward policies and programs.
The panel discussion will be led by Bowditch & Dewey attorney AiVi Nguyen. Panelists include Shelley Costantino, vice president of field human resources at BJ’S Wholesale Club; Desiree Murphy, senior labor and employee relations specialist at UMass Memorial Medical Center; Kati O’Brien, vice president of HR corporate functions and total rewards at Staples, Inc.; and, Chelsie Vokes, attorney at Bowditch & Dewey.
