A Wayland real estate company is leasing a new two-story building in Marlborough with 14,400 square feet of office and medical space, according to the leasing company.
The property at 19 Forest St. in Marlborough was built by Franchi Construction of Natick, which has a portfolio of more than 1,100 apartments and about 600,000 square feet in commercial, retail and office space, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc of Wayland. It also has a recreational facility in its portfolio.
The building is located in the Lake Williams Corporate Center, a 445,000-square-foot master planned park.
