RCAP Hires Water Tech
Starbard
RCAP Solutions of Gardner and Worcester has hired James P. Starbard as environmental water and wastewater technician for Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
In his new position, Starbard will help build the nonprofit community development group's presence in rural Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Starbard has a history of municipal work in water and wastewater. He is now working toward a master's of occupational and environmental health and safety from Anna Maria College in Paxton.
He will work from RCAP's Worcester office at 90 Madison St.
