Raytheon Lands $7M Deal With Navy, Marines

Raytheon Corp. has landed a $7 million contract to provide engineering, technical and depot services to support 15 air traffic, navigation, integration, and coordination systems (ATNAVICS) for the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command and the U.S. Marine Corps, the company said.

The work will be performed at Raytheon's Marlborough facility, along with other facilities in Florida and Maryland, and is expected to be completed in February 2013.

ATNAVICS, a Raytheon system, is mobile technology that provides air traffic services for the rapid deployment of troops and equipment to remote locations that don't have operational airport control and landing systems. It can be set up in less than an hour.
