Quarry Square Shopping Center in Milford, with space for two anchor stores, has sold for $16.4 million, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The shopping center was previously anchored by a Stop & Shop, a T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods, all of which relocated just down the East Main Street to the Milford Crossing, which was puchased, overhauled, and sold at a profit by a New York developer.
The plaza was purchased by Quarry Square Owner LLC, which is registered to Scott Kelly of Burlington. Kelly serves as vice president of R.J. Kelly Co., Inc., a commercial real estate firm also based in Burlington.
The plaza was sold by CSB Transaction LLC, which is registered to Cambridge Savings Bank in Waltham.
The plaza last sold in November for $10, with CSB Transaction LLC assuming a remaining $18.7 million mortgage, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The property was last assessed by the Town of Milford at $14.966 million.
