Worcester’s Quinsigamond Community College is looking for a satellite location in the Marlborough area, the college said.
Quinsigamond is teaming up with the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School and the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce for support for the new location.
The site exploration process will officially begin Thursday at an event scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at Assabet Valley Regional Technical School.
The event will include presentations from QCC President Gail Carberry, U.S. Rep. James McGovern, D-Worcester, state labor officials and other community and business leaders.
QCC’s main campus is on West Boylston Street in Worcester. It also has a satellite campus in Southbridge.
