Quinsigamond Community College has moved its automotive technology program to Worcester as the first step in the possible creation of a Center for Advanced Transportation Technology.
The program had previously been housed at the Blackstone Valley Regional Technical High School in Upton.
The college said the planned CATT program would train students for work on trains, trucks, automobiles and planes, including jobs in green transportation, alternative fuel vehicles and diesel and hydraulic technologies.
