Q: What is the biggest part of your job?
A: The biggest part of my job is to make sure that the Rehab Department is providing the absolute best care to every inpatient and outpatient referred to our service.
Q: What is your biggest challenge?
A: Coordinating services at and between multiple sites. We offer physical therapy and occupational therapy at our three locations in Southbridge, Charlton and Webster. Speech therapy is provided in Southbridge, and audiology is provided at our Charlton site.
Q: What’s the best part of your job?
A: The best part of my job is getting to observe my staff during their interactions with the patients. I love being able to see and hear of the progress being made toward the patients’ goals.
