The Worcester-based Providence and Worcester Railroad Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share.
The money is payable on Aug. 24 to shareholders of record on Aug. 10.
The company has paid a 4-cent dividend to shareholders each quarter since 1999.
