Framingham party-planning company Punchbowl.com has appointed Michael Waxman-Lenz, the former general manager of AmericanGreetings.com, to its board of directors.
The company also recently added Harry Lin, former general manager of Evite.com, to the board.
Before helping AmericanGreetings.com expand during the Internet boom of the 1990s, Waxman-Lenz was the CFO and senior vice president of American Greetings Intellectual Property Group.
He is now an adjunct professor of business at Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio and a board member of the Montefiore Homes senior care company, both in Ohio.
