The selling entity was Five L Warehouse, LLC of Eastham. That entity is registered to Daniel Lucey of Shrewsbury, Kathleen Russo of Florida and Bridget Lucey of Eastham.
According to a deed on file with the Worcester DIstrict Registry of Deeds, Worcester North Self Storage has a 50% stake in the property while both entities controlled by Stubblebine each have a 25% interest.
