The Protector Group Insurance Agency of Worcester announced the retirement of its longtime president, Robert J. Vaudreuil, after 25 years with the company.
The company’s former executive vice president, John J. Cahill, has assumed the role of president, the company said.
“Under Bob and Jack’s leadership, the agency had increased in size by 300 percent over the last 18 years,” The Protector Group said in a statement. The company was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2012 and is “posed for continued growth,” the statement said.
