A vacant site eyed for an office park on a main thoroughfare in Milford has sold for just under $4.2 million.
The site at 393 E. Main St., called Platinum Park, stands on the eastern edge of Route 16 near the Holliston town line, highly visible from I-495 and less than a mile from 495's Exit 19 for Medway Road.
The property of more than 12 acres was bought in a sale closed June 24 by Lyman Realty Trust, which is registered to a Stanley Cooke in Pittsfield, and to Richard Terrill and Madlyn Fafard. The seller was Paulini Loam, a Milford firm registered to both Terrill and Fafard.
The property, which is zoned for industrial use, has 2,000 feet of frontage along Route 16. Less than half the property is dry, according to a listing by Fafard Commercial Real Estate of Milford, which listed the site, limiting how much of it can be developed.
