Property manager buys Ayer apartment complex for $12M

The Littleton Lyne apartment complex in Ayer
A 76-unit apartment complex on Littleton Road in Ayer has sold for just over $12 million to a Boston property management firm.
Micozzi Management, which has a local office in Worcester, bought the complex from a limited liability corporation registered to Jeah Holmes of Pepperell. The sale closed Feb. 3.
The deal comes to about $159,000 per unit.
The complex, called Littleton Lyne, was built in 1987. The 20-acre site was last assessed by the Town of Ayer at just under $5.1 million.
